Core Characteristics:
1.Moderate corrosion resistance: Resists acids, alkalis and organic solvents, outperforms ordinary chemical fibers but is less resistant than PTFE fiber, with limited tolerance to strong oxidizing acids.
2.Moderate temperature tolerance: Long-term service temperature: -40℃ to 150℃, with excellent UV and aging resistance, ideal for long-term outdoor use.
3.Good strength and processability: Higher breaking strength than PTFE fiber, with good toughness, easy dyeing and excellent spinnability, can be processed into long or staple fibers of various linear densities.
Special functions: Has piezoelectric and dielectric properties for intelligent sensing materials, with better hydrolysis and creep resistance than ordinary PTFE.
Main Application Fields:
1.Water treatment: The mainstream raw material for MBR hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes used in municipal sewage treatment, water reuse and drinking water purification, with good pollution resistance and easy cleaning.
2.Flue gas filtration: Processed into medium-high temperature dust filter bags for 120℃-160℃ flue gas, more cost-effective than PTFE filter bags, widely used in cement kilns and biomass boilers.
3.Special protection: Used for chemical-resistant suits and anti-corrosion work clothes, with better air permeability than PTFE fabric, more comfortable to wear.
4.Functional materials: Used to make piezoelectric sensors for intelligent wearable devices, and for lithium battery separator modification to improve safety.
5.Outdoor products: Made into textile fabrics for outdoor tents, awnings and architectural membranes, aging-resistant and color-stable, with a service life of over 10 years.
