Spinning
We are equipped with advanced cotton spinning production equipment introduced from Japan, Germany, Switzerland, and other countries. We have Trützschler blowing-carding units, Rieter self-regulating drawing frames, Murata No.870 vortex spinning machines, Murata 21C automatic winding machines, Uster UT5, AFIS, and other advanced production equipment and testing instruments, meeting the needs of producing various high-quality differentiated yarns.
Weaving
We has over 200 sets of international advanced level water jet looms, air jet looms, and special high-strength protective fiber looms, 5 sets of yarn pre-finishing equipment, standardized weaving production workshops, with an annual weaving capacity of tens of thousands of meters.
Dyeing&Finishing
The printing and dyeing workshop has eliminated outdated products and production processes that consume high amounts of energy and water and have low efficiency, accelerating the transformation towards high efficiency, environmental protection, and intelligence. The company has also led the development of several international standards and has passed national quality/environmental/occupational health and safety management system certification, Oeko-Tex 100 international ecological textile certification, and several of the world’s most mainstream ecological certifications.

Packaging&Storage
We adheres to the principle of survival through quality. All raw materials and finished fabrics are classified and stored, and the finished fabrics are strictly inspected according to the American standard 4-point system, clearly distinguishing between superior and inferior products to ensure that customers receive satisfactory products.
